λον, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη ότι βρίσκεται μέσα στο παραδοσιακό τμήμα της Κηφισιάς αλλά και σε σημείο με σημαντικές τουριστικές υποδομές και υψηλή εμπορική κίνηση.
Η μορφή της νέας «Αλάσκα» διατηρεί τα χαρακτηριστικά της μελέτης (1960) του σημαντικού αρχιτέκτονα Αλέξανδρου Παπαγεωργίου- Βενετά, στο κτίσμα, εναρμονισμένα με τα σύγχρονα στοιχεία της περιοχής. Σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες του Συμβουλίου Αρχιτεκτονικής, το ισόγειο κτίσμα διατηρεί την λιθοδομή στην τοιχοποιία του και μάλιστα στις ίδιες θέσεις με το αρχικό κτίσμα της Αλάσκα του 1960. Επιπλέον στον όροφο και τα περιφερειακά κτίσματα κυριαρχούν μεγάλα ανοίγματα και επιφάνειες χωρίς έντονη αρχιτεκτονική μορφολογία ώστε να αναδεικνύεται το αρχικό κτίσμα.
