Η διαβούλευση αποτελεί την αφετηρία ενός οργανωμένου διαλόγου με όλους τους κοινωνικούς και πολιτικούς φορείς, σε κάθε τοπική κοινωνία. Η συμμετοχή του πολίτη στη διαβούλευση, πριν τη λήψη αποφάσεων, συμβάλλει στη διαφανή άσκηση της εξουσίας και στην υποχρεωτική λογοδοσία όποιου ασκεί δημόσια εξουσία και συνιστά αναβάθμιση της δημοκρατικής λειτουργίας της αυτοδιοίκησης, τόσο με τον εμπλουτισμό συμμετοχικών διαδικασιών, όπως η διαβούλευση, όσο και με τη βελτίωση της αντιπροσώπευσης του πολίτη.
Παρατηρήσεις, ενστάσεις και αντιπροτάσεις υποβάλλονται ηλεκτρονικά στο e-mail: diavoulefsi@kifissia.gr ή εγγράφως στο πρωτόκολλο του Δήμου σε διάστημα 15 ημερών από την έναρξη της διαβούλευσης, συμπληρώνοντας το προτεινόμενο έντυπο αίτησης (υπόδειγμα).
